5 5 Opening, cleaning & refixing of sprinkler nozzles identified/found to be chocked during periodic inspection or Installation of new IOC supplied Spray Nozzles including all necessary consumables complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in- charge. 7 7 Opening of individual pontoon covers and visually checking inside for any signs of corrosion/leakage.Water/Product if found to be removed / salvaged as advised. The job also includes replacement of damaged rubber seals of the pontoon covers.\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all EFR tanks are covered in a Month. 8 8 PV valve testing as per Corporations procedure:The job includes dismantling, cleaning/servicing, testing as per IOC specification , resetting / refitting and re- positioning on tank roof including painting of the date of servicing and due date of inspection.\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all PV valves in EFR tanks are covered in six months. Report with signature to be submitted during claiming of bill. 14 per valve
9 9 Operation of valves of foam pourer line of tanks, de blinding beyond foam maker in case of CR tanks for checking the operation of foam pourer system of tanks. After testing, the valves to be closed ,flanges re fixed in CR tanks, foam makers re- blinded in case of CR tanks, glass in foam porers fixed, drain valves opened and water drained in main rings. In case of any leakage through pipes the sections to be identified and reported. Leaky and damaged drain valves to be replaced/ repaired if necessary.\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all Tanks are covered in a quarter. 26 per tank

15 15 Providing Sand Bitumen mixture between the Sandpad and annular plate for all the AG Tanks. The job includes complete revoval of the damaged Sand Bitumen mixture, proper cleaning/scrapping of the area and application of fresh sand bitumen Mixture as per the advise of Officer in-charge. All Materials to be provided by the Contractor.\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all the Tanks are covered in a Year. Bill payment will be done on monthly basis by dividing the Total no of Tanks covered in a year by 12 months. 17 per tank

17 17 Servicing of ROSOV, DBBV, Gate valves/ hand operated valves/MOV, ball valves, NRVs on product/hydrant pipelines/drainage lines/dyke valves or valves in OWS- complete, including greasing of spindle/valve stems and gears, tightening of glands, change of packing glands, cleaning of valves etc to ensure smooth, leak proof and easy operation. Consumables to be supplied by IOCL. \n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all the valves are covered in a month. 12 LS/ month
18 18 Providing manpower assistance for lowering, towering and moving the actuator & Valve while carrying out M&I & other Inspection of Tanks & Valves, AMC of MOV, ROSOV or DBBV etc. The job also includes providing assistance for glanding, cleaning, greasing, servicing of Valve & Actuator and reconnection of Valves & Actuators as required during undertaking the AMC works and M&I & varous others Inspection of Tanks. 12 Ls/ month
19 19 Strainer cleaning: The job includes opening of strainers, drained product collection and transfer, cleaning of strainer element and refitting for service as per direction of officer in charge.\nSchedule to be maintained so that all the ATF strainers are covered in a Month and balance all strainers are covered in a quarter. 32 32 Fire Hydrant hoses and fire extinguishers routine checking and maintenance - Checking of fire extinguishers, hoses, arranging refills/ change of DCP, CO2 , nozzle, pipe etc (Material supplied by Corporation) including DCP/Cartridge replacement, shifting of DCPs/ other Fire extinguishers from field to store and placing back at original positions and maintenance of records.\n\nThe job includes measuring the weight of CO2 cartridge of DCP and checking the weight for any variation beyond tolerable limits and drying of DCP powder. In case variation is beyond tolerable limits the cartridge to be rejected and replaced with new. \nThe job also includes checking/hydrotesting of the hydrant hoses.\n\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all the DCP F/extinguishers are covered in a quarter

53 53 Cleaning of earthpit chambers and pouring of salt/ water/ charcoal to maintain resistance within the allowable limit as advised and instructed by officer in charge.\n\nSchedule to be maintained so that all the Earth Pits are covered in a Month. 12 LS per Month

73 73 Tank cleaning / boxing up of Product & Water Tank:\n\nThe job includes services for emptying out of product below dead stock level by transferring product into other tanks using IOC supplied flameproof portable pumps/ pneumatic pumps as per direction of officer in charge.\nShifting of all equipments to site needed for the process will be in the scope of contractor. Opening of manhole covers of the tanks, disconnection of expansion line, earthing strips, removal of spool pieces, changing the position of legs of FR tanks or any other fittings as advised, degassing of tanks & cleaning of tanks,\n\nThe job also includes providing manpower assistance during boxing up of tanks including sweeping & mopping of bottom plate, tightening of manhole covers, connection of expansion line, earthing strips,refitting of spool pieces and other fittings (gasket, nut bolt willl be supplied by IOCL).\nThe job also includes continous supervision for checking of any leakage when product is taken into tank for the first time after comissioning.\n\nIn case of FR tanks the roof pontoon compartments to be checked for freeness of any tools materials and once the roof attains floatation level the deck legs/ AB vent should be lifted up to position-A and fixed on the lower position and secureley bolted/pinned as directed by officer in charge.
