Engineering, integration, and support services including (but not limited to the\nfollowing):\n1. Integration of Robot (cooperate effectively for establishing communication\nwith Rockwell PLC on Ethernet/IP and OPCUA simultaneously, for\ndynamically calling robot programs through Rockwell PLC and OPCUA,\ndata exchange on OPCUA i.e Error messages, alarms and parameters\n(velocity, position, etc.), designing frame mount for robot) and demonstration\nof functionality (The 6 DOF Articulated Robot will perform pick and place\nfor pallet fixtures onto a storage rack. It will function as a positioner holding\nthe pallet fixture via a pallet changer while welding robot performs welding\non the workpiece (Welding robot demonstration in scope of IAFSM).The\nrobot program will be generated using an offline simulation tool and\ndownloaded onto its robot controller for different jobs (simulation tool in\nscope of IAFSM).All the PLC related points mentioned in Sl No 1 (xi) shall\nbe demonstrated.)\n2. 1 Day supervision during installation (installation in IAFSM scope) and\n1Day inspection and supervision post integration for points mentioned in Sl 2\n(i) at IAFSM facility, IIT Delhi.\n3. Training included: One Basic course (3 days) + 1 advanced course (5 days)\nat IAFSM premises.\n4. Services included: 15 Man-days of programming support + 15 Man-days\nintegration support. Per Diem rate to be indicated beyond this free period.
