The\requipment should be TEC proved. The equipment should be fully wired for its ultimate capacity and provide\rredundancy for power supply and synchronization. It shall be possible to use the full capacity of the equipment by\radding additional Tributary cards. NOTE: STM-4 shall protect the short haul STM link. The protection shall be\rdone as loop network routing from adjacent long-haul STM-4. Tenderer will have to provide the interface for\rprotective arrangement wherever required.
