Different Work at 220 KV S/S Shamshabad Road, under ETD-I,Agra , repairing/servicing and general overhauling of 132 kv bus coupler circuit breaker ( cgl make ) at 220 kv s/s shamshabad road , agra work consists of: complete dismantling of mechanism assembly , motor gear mechanism , main closing spring , shock absorber , horizontal rod assembly with its link rollers , dismantling all parts of the motor gear mechanism , cleaning , greasing and replace motor gear seat , cap seal assembly , roller c&d and o ring p-80 , cleaning , greasing of main piston rings , closing spring and checking of shock absorber lubricant . dismantling close/trip coil assembly , cleaning its plunger , checking coil resistances , and adjust plunger gap as specified . dismantling of gas pipeline and replace , o-ring p-18 wherever requires . complete assembling mechanism and checking smooth and satisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker . ( all spare like motor gear mechanism seat , cap seal assembly , roller c&d and o-ring p-80 are to be provided by the contractor ) , replacement of transformers overhead each phase bus conductor a ) 63 mva t/f-i b ) 63 mva t/f-ii work consists of: dismantling of 132/33kv 63mva transformer each phase bus conductor by opening its jumpers , gun fittings , pg clamps , bushing and ct clamps , etc . and shifting material site to je store . , stringing of single panther conductor including shifting of all material from store to work site and by cutting of conductor , fitting of bolted type tension clamps , hoisting of insulator , fitting of pg clamps , ct clamps , bushing and la clamps etc . , dismantling of 33kv old line isolator by opening its jumpers , connectors , removing earthing etc . and shifting materials to je store . , erection of 33k line isolator including shifting it from store to erection site and including cutting of conductor , proper jumpering and proper alignment for satisfactory job completion and earthing of isolator including cutting , bending and welding of ms flat .
