Supplying,testing & commissioning of twin round conductor heating cables with full screen,high temperature PVC outer sheath (Rated to withstand a high surface temperature of upto 70 degree celsius) & one cold lead suitable to operate at 230V single phase power supply. The heating conductor should be duly insulated with ETFE. The pulling strength of the cable should not be less than 120N and the deformation strength should not be less than 600N. The cable should give desired heating output of 17 watt/rmt. The cables should be round in shape with diameter not exceeding 4.5mm. The length & Heating capacity of the cables should be 155 approx. and 2635 watt respectively.Make: Careco,cozyheat or its equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

It should be suitable to operate in the temperature range of 5-35 degree celsius. The display should show the room temperature and the set temperature simultaneously. The thermostat should be programmable with timer function. It should be suitable to operate at 230 V A.C supply, current upto 16 A, suitable rated for IP 31 class.
