Providing Of Incident Management Services Route Patrol , Crane , Ambulance And Jcb For National Highways In The State Of Tripura , removing all types of broken down/vehicles which have met with accidents from the carriageway and toeing the same to proper locations i . e . nearest police stations or some suitable location by using 20 tonne or of more capacity pick and carry crane , as per clause 6 . 4 of scope of work and as per clause 6 . 8 performance standard of scope of work ( including vts /gps devices ) and as per the new nhai policy 12 . 19 dated 20 march 2018 . ( inclusive of all expenses such as manpower , office , stationary . misc . etc ) , providing , running and maintaining route patrol vehicle as per clause 6 . 4 of scope of work and as per clause 6 . 8 performance standard of scope of work ( including vts /gps devices ) and as per the new nhai policy 12 . 19 dated 20 march 2018 . it also includes removal of dead animals lying on highways and burrying them at propoer safe location out of row . it will be incidental to this work . payment will be made as defined in clause 6 . 8 of scope of work . ( inclusive of all expenses such as manpower , office , stationary . misc . etc ) , provision of rescue ambulance including paramedical staff , medicine , medical equipment which shall be available 24 x 7 on the road and to reach the incident spot within 30 minutes of incident occurrence and transport the patient to the nearby hospital , as per clause 6 . 4 of scope of work and as per clause 6 . 8 performance standard of scope of work ( including vts/ gps devices ) and as per the new nhai policy 12 . 19 dated 20 march 2018 . ( inclusive of all expenses such as manpower , office , stationary . misc . etc ) , removing of any type of obstructions material onto the road by jcb as soon as possible and dumped the materaial at nearby unused land , as per clause 6 . 4 of scope of work and as per clause 6 . 8 performance standard of scope of work ( including vts/ gps devices ) . ( inclusive of all expenses such as manpower , office , stationary . misc . etc )
