Tender For “Internal Handling Of Raw Material At Sru Bhilai- 01 Item No.-1:- Unloading of loose/bulk raw material from trucks as per the direction of operating authority of RMS. 02 Item No.-2:- Unloading/loading of bagged (other than Jumbo bags) raw material and resin drums from trucks as per the direction of Operating authority of RMS. 03 Item No.-3 :- Unloading of Jumbo bagged raw material from trucks & loading of the Jumbo bags and loose refractory raw materials as per the direction of Operating authority of RMS. 04 Item No.-4:- Unloading of Molasses/Coal Tar/ PCM/ Anthracene Oil or any other material from road tankers/ from their respective Main storage Tanks, into drums whenever required. 05 Item No.-5:- Screening of Chromite Fines /other refractory materials at any area of the plant, bagging & shifting as per the direction of Operating authority of RMS. 06 Item No.-6:- Shifting of bagged refractory material /other bagged materials / rejected refractory bricks (Basic bricks)/ Used refractory material & bricks by truck/ tractor from one place to another place within plant through SRU Bhilai weigh-bridge as per the instruction of operating authority of RMS. 07 Item No.-7:- Charging of bagged raw material (other than jumbo bags)/ rejected & used refractory bricks as per the direction of operating authority of RMS. Charging of bagged material will include shifting from storage area (RMS) to charging point, cutting & charging of bagged material along with collection of empty bags and shifting them. Charging of rejected & used refractory bricks will include sorting and breaking in required size along with charging into crushers. 08 Item No.-8:- Charging of raw materials (including jumbo bags)/ any other material in different jaw crusher bunkers & after charging collecting the empty bags & shifting them as per the direction of Operating Authority of RMS.
