Provision Of Maintenance And Upkeep Of Md And Otm Accn Under Ge Basoli ( J And K ) , Outsourcing Of Manual Services In The Entire Area Of Jurisdiction Of Ge Basoli And Its Sub Division For Attending Users Complaints Of Any Type Every Day Excluding Sunday And Holiday From 0800 Hrs To 1700Hrs ( Including One Hour Lunch Break ) With Following Activities Complete All As Directed . ( I ) Registering Complaint From Through Ivr , Mobile Phone , Sms Or E-Mail And Manual Registering Of Complaints At Complaints Cell . ( Note Provision Of Communication Facilities Incl All The Necessary Egpt To Supervisior And Trademan Shall Be Responsibility Of The Contractor ) ( Ii ) Categorization Of Complaints Lodged By Users As Specified In Particular Specificatiuon To Decide Priority . ( Iii ) Depolyment Of Qualified Trademan Having Minimum 3 Years Of Works Experience In Day Shift For Attending Complaints As Per Stipulated Time Frames To Complete The Task As Per Standered Practice . ( Note Provision Of Tools , Plants Equipment And Salary Gears / Equipments To Trademen Shall Be Responsibility Of The Contractor ) ( Iv ) Monitoring And Management Of Complaints From Its Excution Of Complaints Including Pendings Complaints . ( V ) Upgrading Status Of Lodges Complaints Before End / Change Of Eight Hour Shift . , ( Vi ) The Material B&R And E&M Required For Day To Day Maintenance & Petty Repairs Shall Be Issued By The Department Under Free For Fixing . The Details Of Material Replaced Shall Be Endorsed In The Complaints Slip . ( Vii ) Proper Record Of Service ( Complaints ) Received And Attended Shall Be Maintained By The Contractor For Making Payments . ( Viii ) S&F Display Board / Banners / Notices At Location As Decided By Ge Indicating All The Partinent Details Of The Service Being Rendered For Giving Wide Publicily Etc . ( Ii ) Contractor Is Required To Quote Upto Two Digits After Decimal Place Or Otherwise It Will Be Considered By Rounding Off Two Digits After Decimal Placein Accordanc With Is : 02 Of 1960 ( Revisied 2016 ) Of Bis ( Iii ) In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Rates / Instructions Under Any Heading ( S ) , The Bid Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafied / Invalid , Shall Be Disqualified And Such Bids Will Not Be Considered For Acceptance . ( Iv ) Nil Or Zero Quoting Against Oh & Profit Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafide . E Mobile Phone Shall Be Arranged By Contractor To Every Work Man Deployed On Daily Basis If Complaints Are Desired To Be Registered Through The Systems Otherwise Manual Complaints Shall Be Lodged ( Viii ) The Tentative Numbers Of Complaints To Be Received In The Division Complaints Cell Are Specified Here In After However Contractor Has To Be Provided . ( Ix ) In Case Complaints Has Not Been Attended Within Stipulated Time Frame As Per Its Priority Class , Suitable Recovery On This Account Shall Be Made On The Rates As Specified Here In After ( X ) All Tools And Plant Trolley , Ladeer And Lories And Conveyence Required For Attending Complaints At Site Of Work From Where Required For Replacement Shall Be Provided By The Contractor And Old Material Relrieved Shall Be Deposit In Mes Store Yard . ( Xi ) Decision Of Ge On Profeceiency Of Deployrd Workers Shall Be Final And Binding . ( Xii ) The Shift Of The Person Deployed By The Contractor Will Be Decided By The Engr-In-Charge And Shall Be Fianl And Binding . ( Xiii ) The New Material Wherever Requirement For Replacment Shall Be Provided By The Department & Will Be Deposited In Mes Store Yard .
