To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part –I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2010 Part-II (Rates), together with amendments Nos 1 to 59 for Part II (2010) and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 48 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.\nNote: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage under Col 6 at 3rd Row. The column 6 has been shown as Zero and the actual amount of contract would be 5.65 lakhs (Max). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) in the location shown as ' SELECT' below to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR. (ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (5.65 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR.

The Estimated cost at par market is 5.65 lakhs. The pricing will be made on SSR 2010 rates enhanced with quoted %. The period of contract will be 365 days.
