Outsourcing The Activities Of Meter Readers For Recording Meter Reading And Generating Return Of Recoveries ( Rr ) Under Ge ( West ) Pathankot Outsourcing The Activities Of Meter Readers For Recording Meter Reading And Generating Return Of Recoveries ( Rr ) Under Ge ( West ) Pathankot , provision of services for carryout and recording monthly reading of electric energy meter of any type ball ground , dad colony , mandir area , gandhi nagar area , abrol nagar , nirman vihar , triveni vihar , manekshaw colony , stn depot area , well area , rhsd area , rhpd area , mmg area and salvage area ( 1162 nos ) of md accn of officers jcos/ors and all private parties of aor under ge ( west ) pathankot with providing one meter reader for taking the door to door meter reading and recording the same and in addition he will carryout all the revenue connected work i . e preparation of bills , submission of report/returns , maintenance and upkeep all the records & other work as directed by engr-in-charge for shift of 08 hrs on all working days . note :- a ) paymesnt shall be made based on recording of meters installed in area mentioned above . b ) no payment shall be made for meter reading on account of building not occupied due to any reason or building under repair adn not occupied . recovery of rs 0 . 93 per meter per day will be made against non recording meters from outsourcing agency . c ) if any additional meters installed during contract period , meter reading shall also be taken , no extra payment will be made for taking the reading . , rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in srl item no 1 here-in-before for the following , ( i ) meter reader ( semi-skilled ) wages , ( ii ) esi as per existing rules . , ( iii ) employers contribution towards epf as per exisiting rules , ( iv ) contribution of bonus . , ( v ) over head charges & profit on ser no ( i ) to ( iv ) above . , ( vi ) lwc as per existing rules . , provision of services for carryout and recording monthly reading of electric energy meter of any type ( no . of meters in 34 med area are ll area , 38 med area , ajc colony , stn wksp , gt area , somnath line , ge office area , power house area , 674 gt area , kv school qtrs , 9 fru area , 12 fd area , 12 fd map area , fooder area , and md hostel area ( 1237 nos ) of md accn of officers jcos/ors and all private parties under ge ( west ) pathankot with providing one meter reader for taking the door to door meter reading and recording the same and in addition he will carryout all the revenue connected work i . e preparation of bills , submission of report/returns , maintenance and upkeep all the records & other work as directed by engr-in-charge for shift of 08 hrs on all working days . note :- if any additional meters installed during contract period shall also be considered in this contract . note :- a ) paymesnt shall be made based on recording of meters installed in area mentioned above . b ) no payment shall be made for meter reading on account of building not occupied due to any reason or building under repair adn not occupied . recovery of rs 0 . 93 per meter per day will be made against non recording meters from outsourcing agency . c ) if any additional meters installed during contract period , meter reading shall also be taken , no extra payment will be made for taking the reading . , rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in srl item no 2 here-in-before for the following , ( i ) meter reader ( semi-skilled ) wages , ( ii ) esi as per existing rules . , ( iii ) employers contribution towards epf as per exisiting rules , ( iv ) contribution of bonus . , ( v ) over head charges & profit on ser no ( i ) to ( iv ) above . , ( vi ) lwc as per existing rules . , note :- ( a ) all the connected documents in respect to recording of meter reading shall be provided by the deptt . ( b ) the meter reader shall report/left the bso office of ge ( west ) pathankot as per the office working hours . ( c ) the transportation/travelling charges of meter reader shall be provided by the contractor without claiming any extra cost . ( d ) the minimum fair wages shall be paid by the contractor to meter reader through cheque as per existing govt . rules and receipt of the same shall be submitted by the contractor to the engr-in-charge . ( e ) necessary insurance etc shall be provided to meter reader by the contractor and copy of the same shall be submitted to the engr-in-charge . ( f ) the meter reader shall perform his duties as per the direction of engr-in-charge . ( g ) after taking meter reading of all the meters in the aor the meter reader shall work in the office of bso to prepare and maintain the revenue records , reports and return all as per direction of engr-in-charge within office working hours . ( h ) any unserviceability of meter shall be recorded and shall be brought to notice of engr-in-charge . ( j ) the contractor will liable to provide all the authentic documents of meter reader i . e indenity , police verification character certification and experience certificate etc . ( k ) attendence register shall be provided by the contractor to the engr-in-charge . ( l ) the meter reader shall be well qualified ( i . e 12th pass from any govt recognised board ) with having computer knowledge and computer working experience of two years , notes for srl item no 1 & 2 ( i ) tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of central govt/ state govt/local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding to epf & esi etc . ( ii ) contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal placein accordanc with is : 02 of 1960 ( revisied 2016 ) of bis ( iii ) in case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading ( s ) , the bid will be treated as non-bonafied/invalid , shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance . ( iv ) nil or zero quoting against oh & profit will be treated as non-bonafide . ( v ) in case two or more firms quote the same rates , the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as working captial , turn over of last 3 financial year ending prior to bid /publising date and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years . ( vi ) the quoted rates shall inclusive of gst as applicable
