Engineering College . Structural Audit Report Shall Include With Following :- ( I ) Report Shall Be Based On Latest Auditing Norms , Method Of Non-Destructive Testing , Code Provisions & As Per Is Structural Tests . ( Ii ) Report Shall Include Visual Inspection Like General Information Of Building , Structural System Of The Building , Addition Or Alteration In The Building & Dampness And Leakages . ( Iii ) Report Shall Include Non-Destructive Testing Like Concrete Strength , Rebound Hammer Test , Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test , Core Sampling And Testing , Chemical Attack ( Carbonation Test , Choloride Test , Sulphate Test ) Corrosion Potential Assessment ( Cover Meter , Half Method , Permeability Test ) AndHomogenity & Integrity Assessment . ( Iv ) Structural Audit Report Shall Highlight , Identify And Investigate All Critical Areas Of Building And Recommend Immediate Remedial And Preventive Measure . ( V ) Complete Technical Suggestion With Wide Specifications To Be Adopted For Immediate Repairs And Retrofitting For Strengthening & Restore The Life Of Whole / Any Part Of Building Shall Be Submiited By The Consultant Duly Vetted By Any Govt . Engineering College . I . Detailed Structural Audit Report Shall Include:- ( A ) Structural Working Details/Drawings ( For Repair ) To The Scale As Notified By Nodal Officer . If Not Notified That The Same Shall Be 1:100 . ( B ) Any Other Relevant Details Required Nodal Officer For The Same Is Ge ( Af ) Adm Area At Af Stn Agra . Ii . Detailed Structural Audit Report Of Building Work Shall Be Got Vetted From Any Govt . Engineering College/Iit . , ( Vi ) Detailed Specifications Shall Be Based On The Pattern Of Standard Design Or Latest Known Practies . ( Vii ) Execution Of The Project Is Not Covered Under The Scope Of Consultancy . However , Technical Advise Including Corrective Actions In Detailed Drawings/Design Are Deemed Included In The Scope Of Work And The Lump Sum Quoted By The Consultant Shall Deemed To Be Inclusive Of This Aspects . The Consultant Shall Render A Certificate For Adequacy Of Structural Audit Report Of The Building/Structure Catered Under Scope Of Work As Per Latest Is Provisions And In Accordance . ( Viii ) The Consultant Should Be Entisted By The E-In-Cs Br New Delhi Or Zonal Ces In Appropriate Category I . E Group Iii And Above And Cat B . ( Ix ) The Consultant Shall Visit The Site Free Of Cost Before Rooting The Rates And During Execution Of Work For Preparing The Reports . ( X ) The Consultant Shall Submitt The Audit Reports In Original ( 5 Sets ) Dully Vetted Along With Soft Copies In Pdf Complete Within 30 Days Of Acceptance Of Contract .
