    Tender Details

    Supply of Enterprise EMail solution for MSEDCL for 3 years: i. Supply, installation and implementation of the email solution proposed for 10,000 users (scalable upto 15,000 users) and bulk email solution on MSEDCL AWS cloud with 24x7 support (with SLA) for the period of three years. ii. Solution must be installed in MSEDCL AWS cloud environment in activeactive high availability with Disaster Recovery for the period of 3 years iii. Bidder should integrate the email solution with MSEDCL’s existing email gateway for email security iv. Design the mailing solution based on centralized architecture duly taking care of and complying with the requirements of the MSEDCL. v. Bidder should size & propose the hardware to suit the requirement and the Operating System, number of mail boxes, archival, high availability (Active –Active), redundancy, scalability, response time requirement, backup, implementing operating system security under centralized architecture. vi. The Email Software Solution should comply with Section E Mandatory Technical Specifications. vii. The bidder shall be responsible for migration of existing email solution. viii. The software solution should provide audit trail of changes made to the system for various parameters assigned and for all the communication happening within and outside of the MSEDCL by all the users of these system. ix. Other related job such as supply, installation, customization, configuration, Integration, implementation, training, documentation, product support, performance tuning, Hardening of OS and Database has to be taken care of by the bidder.
