BLC rakes (675 wagons) to 22 T axle load -\rBLCAM/BLCBM wagons of M/s Container Corporation India Ltd. at GMC .NOTE:-I.Cost for\rall activities as mentioned in the tender document and no extra item will be considered for\rpayment. II.Cost of Material, manpower, fuel, transportation charges, consumables, tools\rand equipment, warranty etc. III.All taxes, levies as are being levied or may be levied and\rGST@ 18% , However, if rates of existing GST or cess on GST is increased or any new tax\r/cess is imposed by Statute after the date of opening of tender but within the original date\rof completion/date of completion extended under clause 17 & 17A and the Contractor\rthereupon properly pays such taxes/cess, the Contractor shall be reimbursed the amount\rso paid. Further, if rates of existing GST or cess is decreased or any tax/cess is decreased\r/ removed by Statute after the date of opening of tender, the reduction in tax amount shall\rbe recovered from Contractor's bills/Security Deposit or any other dues of Contractor with\rthe Government of India. IV.Any other cost direct or hidden, not mentioned above.
