Providing and Fitting of Vacuum System to be installed in Medical Gas plant for proposed centralized gas pipe line system to cater the additional load of oxygen required in ward no 7,8,9,11,12,14 &15 of GMCH Jammu by way of SITC of standby Vacuum pumps 2 nos of capacity 150 CFM per minute with vacuum 684 mm of Hg of any standard make like INGERSOLL RAND, ANESTA, IWATA,CHICAGO PNEUMATIC, ALLEN COPEL make of double stage ,air cooled, splash lubricated, base plate mounted reciprocating type with Suitable electric motor. Also the vacuum pump shall be provided with interconnection copper piping, non return valve and vacuum gauge of required size with silencer and vacuum filters. The job includes P/F of vacuum tank of capacity 2500 ltrs made of mild steel designed to comply with 5109 class III , the internal of tank shall be epoxy lined. The vaccum system should have a pressure switch to cut it at 650 mm of Hg and all other work to complete the vacuum system. Job also includes earthing of the machinery and interconnection with the pipe line including electrical connection along with control panel for sequence and cascading and then with main electric supply. The Job also includes cost of material, labour charges of installation, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.
