M&L for servicing of VCB incl taking proper shut down disconnecting incomin/outgoing cable, control cable from 11 KV OCB/VCB of any type and capacity upto 630 amps and carrying out complete servicng/overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving/revolving/sliding parts in VCB panel, calibration of relays, meers incl through cleaning with air blower/cacuum cleaner , decarbonising and provinding mineral jelly to all arcing contact of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local/remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut/bolt/washer/connecting wire /insulation tape/sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming/outgoing cable, testing on load and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting the transformer indoor/outdoor from HT/LT side at site dismanting carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and string carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspetion of core, supply and replaccing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transforer oil complete reassembling the complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed y Enginner n Charge :-\n(a) Transformers capacity upto 250 KVA
