Description:- Greasing of ERCs duly taking out the ERCs from the MCI inserts with out damaging the sleepers,\rcleaning the ER clips, eyes of the MCI inserts, removing any debris or rusted materials from the both sides of MCI\rinserts using wire brush and emery paper, removing the liners without damaging the rail / sleepers removing all\rscale, rust and deposits at liner seat and preparing the surface of ERCs for application of contractor's grease to\rIS 408 - 1981 (specification for grease No. \"O\" graphite aluminium soap) on the central leg of the ERCs and\rsmearing the eyes of the MCI inserts including sealing the liner rail contact area by grease \"O\" graphite and\rdriving back the greased ERCs back including fixing of liner to correct gauge and alignment with all contractor's\rlabour, tools and plants and consumables etc., complete as directe by Engineer in charge at site.
