19 3 Notes for srl item No 1 to 2\n(i) Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/ State Govt/Local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding to EPF & ESI etc.\n(ii) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal placein accordanc with IS : 02 of 1960 (Revisied 2016) of BIS \n(iii) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafied/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance.\n(iv) 'Nil ' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'.\n(v) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as Working captial, turn over of last 3 financial year ending prior to bid /publising date and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years . \n(vi) The quoted rates shall inclusive of GST as applicable \n
20 3.01 Notes for srl item No 1 to 2 (Contd...)\n(vii) The communication facilities for registering complaints i.e Mobile phone shall be arranged by contractor to every work man deployed on daily basis if complaints are desired to be registered through the systems otherwise manual complaints shall be lodged \n(viii) The tentative numbers of complaints to be received in the division complaints cell are specified here in after however contractor has to be provided.\n(ix) In case complaints has not been attended within stipulated time frame as per its priority class, suitable recovery on this account shall be made on the rates as specified here in after \n(x) All tools and plant trolley, ladeer and lories and conveyence required for attending complaints at site of work from where required for replacement shall be provided by the contractor and old material relrieved shall be deposit in MES store yard.\n(xi) Decision of GE on profeceiency of deployrd workers shall be final and binding.\n(xii) The shift of the person deployed by the contractor will be decided by the Engr-in-charge and shall be fianl and binding.\n(xiii) The new material wherever requirement for replacment shall be provided by the department & will be deposited in MES store yard.\n(xiv) For security deposits refer dause 14 of particulars specification.
