Of Stand Alone Motor Pump Sets ,Maintenance Of Electrical Panels , Maintenance .Of Cranes & Material Handling Equipment1 Motors 2 Clean with compressed air / blower 3 Check tightness of motor connections, foundation bolts 4 Measure winding resistances, record and verify for balanced values in logbook 5 Megger testing and logging of insulation resistance 6 Current Collector 7 Dedust with blower/ air compressor 8 Check condition of jumpers and cable connection, replace jumpers if required 9 check tightness of all bolts/ nuts of collector foundation 10 Check proper fixing of all hinges of collecor mechanisms, lubricate hinges if required 11 Check wear and tear of current collector 12 DSL 13 Check and clean the dust with compressed air/ markin cloth 14 Check insulator condition/ Replace damaged insulator 15 Check for any visual differences of DSL angles at joints 16 Megger the dsl angles and record values in logbook 17 Master controller 18 Dedust with blower/ compressed air 19 Tighten the foundation bolts, fixing bolts, knobs, handles, gear arrangment 20 Check for smooth movement of levers by hand 21 Visually check any pitting of contact blocks and connections, incase of pitting change the contact blocks 22 Tighten electrical connections at all points 23 Check make/break sequence of contact blocks, adjust the cam if required, replace defective cams and contact blocks 24 Lubricate the gear arrangement if required 25 Festoon Trolley 26 Check for any physical damage of cable and insulate it, change the cable if required 27 Check for proper clamping of cables and chains, length for loop and adjust if required 28 Check free movement of cable carrier roller assembly and lubricate it with grease if required 29 Brakes 30 Clean the brake panel, brake assembly for dust removal 31 Check tightness of electrical connections wherever required 32 check for contactor tips damaged to any sparking/ free movement of contactor moving parts 33 Limit Switches 34 Remove dust and dirt from all parts of limitswitch with blower 35 Check and clean the contact of limit switch 36 Check tightness of all screw joints, cable connection, foundation bolts, rope, counter weight, etc 37 Check the condition of lubricant on all accessible friction surfaces 38 Check for the continuity between the contacts as per circuit diagram with multimeter 39 Cable Reeling Drum 40 Check for any physical damage of cable and insulate it, change the cable if required 41 Visually check any pitting of sliprings and rocker arms at cable reeling drum 42 Check brushes, replace if brushes are worn out, see that brushes are pressed and sitting on slipring, if not adjust or change the brush holder 43 check proper tightness of all connections 44 Tighten the foundation bolts of CRD mechanism 45 Check free movment of CRD, lubricate if required with grease 46 All panels, Operator Cabin, JBs, TBs ,Sockets 47 Dedust with blower, clean TBs and Ferrules 48 Seal Unused holes 49 Check and tighten Terminal Connections and Cable glanding 50 Replace Fused indiation lamps, HPSV lamps, Warning lamps, broken or defective switches 51 Insulate spare cores of cables with pvc tapes, check for dressing of the cable, if not dress the cable 52 Close panel doors, JBs tightly with rubber sealing to avoid entry of dust 53 Check Panels cooling fans and rectify them if required 54 check for contactor tips damaged to any sparking/ smooth operation 55 Check whole earthing and safety systems of the crane and maintain checklist 56 Drives 57 Check tightness of electrical connections wherever required 58 Ensure drirve enclosures are fitted properly 59 Dedust with blower 60 Check cable dressing of all the cables. 61 Mechanical Jobs 62 Tighten LT Wheel Bolts 63 Tighten Coupling Bolts OfLT 64 Tighten Motor And Reducer Foundation Bolts Of LT 65 LT Brake -
