Environmental Consultancy Services including preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for New Distillery Unit Plant for Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Molasses based Green Field 45 KLPD Capacity Distillery in wash to ENA & wash to Ethanol configuration with 18 TPH Capacity Slop incineration Boiler, 1.75 MW Capacity Power Turbine with Zero Liquid Discharge System based on concentration & incineration, CO2 Recovery Plant and Bottling Plants for Country Liquor (including complete Civil Works) at Panipat Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd., Village & P.O. Dahar,\nTehsil & District Panipat-132145and to get the Clearance/NOC from all the related department as per norms of NGT,CPCB & HSPCB etc. \nScope of Services:-\n1. Preparation of EC application, i.e. Form-1 based on Pre-feasibility report.\n2. Online submission of EC application to MoEF & CC.\n3. Submission of original copy of application to the ministry.\n4. Preparation of ToR presentation.\n5. Technical presentation for grant of ToR before EAC.\n6. Three-month (one season) baseline study of the project site.\n7. Preparation of draft EIA report and submission to client for public hearing.\n8. Public hearing presentation.\n9. Preparation of final EIA report and discussion with client.\n10. Submission of final EIA report to MoEF & CC.\n11. Technical presentation for grant of environmental clearance before EAC. \n12. All required NOC from all related department for commissioning of new Distillery Unit plant. \n
