Description:- Metallising and painting of steel components such as web members, Rail bearers, RSJ etc.\rcomplete with sprayed Aluminium followed by protective coating painting with all Contractor's labour, materials,\rtools, plants, machinery, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. Note : 1. For metallising, Aluminium to be\rsprayed shall be 99.5% aluminium confirming to IS 2590-1964. 2. Priming Coat : One coat shall be of Etch primer\rconfirming to IS 5666 or wash primer SSPCPT-3 53T followed by one coat of ready mixed paint zinc chromate\rconfirming to IS 104 3.
