Non submission of police verification with ID proof of operator(s), a panel recovery of Rs. 1000/- per person per month shall be made. \n(ii) (a) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hrs per day and no workmen shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hrs per day.\n(b) In case the contractor fails to deploy requisite numbers of workmen, the operator / workmen against defficiency shall be deployed at risk and cost of the contractor through SPOT QUOTATION and no payment shall be made to the contractor for the shift involved.\n(c) In addition to above a recovery of Rs. 1000 per shift per workman shall be made from contractor's dues as and when becomes due.\n(d) Duty roster of manpower deployed shall be displayed otherwise recovery of Rs 1000/- per installation per day shall be made. | | | |
