51 9 Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 to 8.06: \n(i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible\n(ii) Bidder shall quote corresponding minimum wages, rates and contributions as per prevailing Govt. notifications as applicable. Any quoted rate against items / sub-items which corrosponds to / works out to lower than the corrosponding minimum rates of wages / subscription towards EPF, ESIC, bonus and LWC shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate / wage / contribution shall be applicable on the bid submission end date
52 10 (iii) Minimum fair wages as notified time to time by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor\n(iv) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase shall be passed over to the workers\n(v) Conveyance/vehicle for moving around of the staff employed and or any T&P required and detailed specifics as per particular specifications shall be provided by the Contractor.
