    Purchasing Of Pushcarts For 16Wards Of Kamatagi Town 1. the supply of technical specification: for purchase of pushcarts : specification : a) type: pushing type hand cart fabricated out of ms angles and flats with raised handle bar of width same as cart height of 800 mm from the base at maximum angle of 450 to horizontal. two wheels of diameter 500 mm fabricated out of ms angles and flats with sealed bearing. one solid rubber tyre of 50 mm. x 250 mm. with ball bearing for front support. two supports on the side of handle to stand the cart in position. b) cart: the cart dimensions shall be as per drawing suitable to accommodate 4 bins at one level fabricated out of ms angles and flats with rigid welded connections. frame towards the handle raised. 4.6 mm thick hooks placed at 30 cm c/c to hang bags. a closed hook of 16 mm rod for screening the cart. c) painting: superior quality to ensure long lasting structure suitable for use for handling raw garbage under corrosive operations. colour shade optional from standard colours offered by the supplier. d) bins for pushcart for storing and handling municipal solid wastes and suitable for being lifted by hand into hand carts and tricycles. the bins shall be made of polythelene. they shall be of capacity of 50 litres and of dimensions in attached drawing. the bins shall be stackable. the lifting handles would be integrated into the frame and be capable of the specified. e) handle : the handle for lifting the bin would be integral to the structure of the bin. it shall be provide with the necessary reinforcement to handle the design weight for lifting with adequate factor of safety. the shape and size would be as per design of the lifting tackle. f) durability: the bin shall be of proven design and performance. there shall be no air entrapment during molding process.,
