    Tender for resurfacing of Synthetic Tennis Court at Main Campus CISF , itf approved 5 layer acrylic system , cleaning the existing surface and making it dust free , supply & installation of itf category-5 fast approved 5 layer european acrylic system on asphalt surface which consist of two layer of resurfacer , two layer of pre color coat and followed by uv protected top color coat and line marking as per game requirements . company should have prior experience of same product installation in a government project for minimum area of 50000 square feet where national games are played . , light specification , lights specification: supply of led flood lights powered by osram , philips , wipro or equivalent , :150w led flood light warranty : 02 years . | supply + installation of electrical wiring electrical wiring & piping material with labour 4 sqmm wire 3 core cable - polycab brand or equivalent pvc pipe , junction box , ties , mcb box etc . , asphalt sports subbase , *tack / primer coat to be applied before bm & ac layers ( ( qty consumption will have tack coat of upto 3kg per 10 sq . meter ) *compacting layer of bituminous layer of upto 30 mm thickness using mix of 20 and 12 mm stone with 80-100 / 60-70 grade bitumen ( subject to availability ) . bituminous binder percentage would be close to 3 . 5% . *compacting layer of ac of upto 20 mm thickness using 6mm stone with 80-100 / 60-70 grade bitumen ( subject to availability ) . bituminous binder percentage would be close to 3 . 5% *final layer of seal coat using stone dust with bitumen to make the surface appropriate for synthetic installation .
