Refer Schedule A Ser Notes for deatils.\n(b) Unit rate shall be deemed to include liability of GST and all other taxes/Cess/levies as applicable on bid submission end date. \n(c) Rates shall be quoted only upto two digits after decimal. If any rate quoted/derived by contractor works out to more than two digits after decimal, the same shall be rounded off upto two digits after decimal in accoradance with Rules for rounding off of Numerical Values in accoradance with IS:02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS.\n(d) IN CASE THE RATES QUOTED ARE LESS THAN THE PREVAILING RATES/INSTRUCTIONS UNDER ANY HEADING(S)/ITEMS, THE BID WILL BE TREATED AS NON-BONAFIDE/INVALID, SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED AND SUCH BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE. IN SUCH CASE, THE LOWEST BIDDER SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM AMONGST THE VALID/BONAFIDE BIDS ONLY. \n(e) Quotations with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafide. \n(f) The contractor shall make payments to their staff/ employees by cheque or through NEFT or any other accepted digital mode in their Bank Account. | 23 | 4.1 | (h) Unit rate shall be deemed to include cost/expanse for providing protecting cloths, working tools, dresses and insurance protection against health hazard of operator deployed on work.\n(j) Contractor shall arrange at his own cost to maintain Log book, POL consumption register, attendance register, wages register, breakdown register etc as per instructions of Engineer -in- Charge. \n(k) Operation of DG sets/CHS/Installations by skilled tradesmen/operator of relevant trade. Periodical check of electric equipments/plants as per manufacturer's instructions, periodical maintenance check of all the connected HT/LT panels, Fire Fighting equipments etc shall be carried out by Operator and will be intimated to Engineer-in-Charge.\n(l) FOL Collection : Contractor shall make arrangement for FOL collection as per requirement basis from MES store to work site (upto 7 Km) shall be part of the job at no extra cost. \n | | | |
