Supply & Fixing of factory fabricated microcontroller based sensor less Astronomical street light timer switch box made up of 18 SWG CRCA sheet with mounting MS clamps made up of 25mmX3mm MS strip, nut-bolts as per site requirement for cement or MS round pole. The timer box shall be powder coated. The Astronomical timer switch shall be of cap. 10.KW 230. Volts with all safety measures such as SP MCB in outgoing, power contactor of suitable capacity, terminal block of cap. 63. Amp. The complete wiring shall be of suitable size of copper only with proper thimbles. The timer box front cover shall be printed with TIMER-xx,NND with enamel paint. Specifications for Astronomical Timer device: The microcontroller based sensor less astronomical timer devise shall dynamically calculate sunset & sunrise timing as per GPS co-ordinates with auto correct switching. The 1/P operating voltage range shall be 130. Volts to 440. Volts. The astronomical device shall be protected with under Voltage & over voltage (i.e. trip level shall be 165.V to 270V+/-2%). The devise shall be protected with surge upto 4000. Volts & EFT Burst shall be 3500.Volts. The RTC accuracy (+/-)1. Second Per month & operating relay response time shall be-less then 20msec. Note:- The microcontroller based sensor less Astronomical Street light timer switch box shall be guaranteed for 03 Years.
