Operating, Monitoring and Controlling in each shift( total 3 shifts in a day) all IOCL Equipment such as field instruments, panels ,PLCs etc installed in Jetty control room at Oil Jetty no 0 & 1 as well as on the jetty and carrying out predictive/ preventive /breakdown maintenance work with without aid of OEM/ vendor and miscellaneous works at Jetty as per the scope of work attached. This includes operation of remote control of Marine unloading Arms , operating of valve , air compressor, DG , nitrogen cylinder bank and all other operations required for smooth tanker unloading as per the instructions of tanker boarding officer . In addition to this constant coordination has to be maintained with boarding officer as well as Central control Room Officer during tanker unloading operation

Jetty Dock lIne Patrolling ( Two Semi Skilled Manpower per Shift)

Continuous patrolling of 2 numbers of LPG Docklines from Oil Jetty no 0 & 1 of Kandla Port Trust to LPG import plant of IOCL (approx length 4.5 kilometres) and 2 numbers of unloading arms at the Jetty during the period when the Docklines are filled with Propane / Butane liquid i.e. from starting of Line Cooling operation to completion of Line Pushing operation , by 2 personnel in each shift (total 3 shift in a day )and check for any gas leakage and damages to dockline . Any untoward finding has to be immediately reported to the plant officer available in the shift . The job also includes mechanical connection of the unloading arms to the tanker manifold through IOCL supplied stud and bolts , gasket spool piece etc . required for leak proof and safe connection
