( a ) drawings should be submitted in a2 paper ( 04 copies ) alongwith one copy in tracing paper . ( b ) name and designation of the offr vetting the drawings with date should be mentioned . ( c ) forwarding letter of govt . engineering college & vetting certificate should be ecclosed with drawings . ( d ) design folder in soft and hard copy .
