Make advance cooling system/Rittal/Chilton,Pressure gauges for pump and system has to be provided,Machine lighting equipments,Coolent system with splash guard,Hydraulic self centering 3 jaw chuck with Actuator dia 250.mm make-Rohm/Auto Blok,Manual pulse generator,Rapid display,Programmable dual chucking pressure system,SPECIAL NOTE,The X-Axis and Z-Axis feed motor may be kept identical in size & capacity in order to reduce inventory & allow interchangeability,Two years running maintenance spares should be quoted with make and cost details,The Power supply for drivers and CNC must have built in feature for handling over voltage/spikes,Three sets of manual covering programming, CNC System, operations, maintenance & spare parts,Operating and Maintenance tool kit,Guarantee and Warrantee,The firm should give guarantee for the performance of the complete system for the period of 12 months from the date of commissioning and warrantee against bad workmanship, design and material for the same period, if any defect found shall be rectified/repaired/replaced at free of cost by the firm,Supplier shall attend the machine just before the expiry of guarantee period and examine the defects of the machine and give suggestions on maintenance,Details of all test certficates to be produced by the firm before the supply of materials,The supplier must provide erection instructions and drawings to the purchaser at least 12 weeks prior to the supply of machine,INSPECTION CRITERIA,Pre-dispatch inspection will be carried out at the firms premises and only after the clearance from the PDI team, machine and materials can be dispatched.Tools should be designed and provided by the firm to carry out trial at firms premises and at OFAJ, (quantity should be quoted),At firms work proving of machine parameters to specification and manufacturing components as per input and output for PUNCH TIP (FT-2027)DRG.NO.SK-1312 is enclosed,Joint inspection at consignees premises on receipt of the machine at the consignees end.The contractor shall depute technical representative for joint inspection within three days on receipt of request from purchaser to ensure correc tness of the materials as per supply order,Acceptance Criteria-Final acceptance will be made only after successful erection,commissioning and trials at OFAJ,Commissioning of the machine shall be carried out by the supplier at OFAJ. Trial period 7days of 1x8 hrs. a shift. Tools to be provided by firm,Training to the production and maintenance personnel by the firms representative at OFAJ on free of cost at the time of installation and acceptance trial of the machine,Material(input)Qty.3Nos. will be provided by OFAJ for trial on Bank guarantee.
