In Connection With Ganga Sagar Mela , 2021 , Hiring Barge For Transportation Of Pilgrims , Vehicles , Materials Etc . : I ) The Barge Should Have 780 To 798 Tonnage Carrying CapacityIi ) The Bidder Should Have At Least Three Years Working Experience For Transportation Of Pilgrims , Vehicles , Materials Etc . For Gangasagar Mela Or Work Of Similar Nature . Iii ) The Barge Must Have Cover Body TypeIv ) The Barge Should Have Minimum At Least 54 . 6 Mtrs Length , 11 Mtrs Breadth And Depth 2 . 1 Mtrs . V ) The Barge Should Have 2 Decks And No Of Bulkheads 4 . Vi ) The Barge Must Be Equipped With All Security Measures For Carrying PilgrimsVii ) Agency Will Provide Trained PilotViii ) Providing Life Jacket And Bouya For The Crew And Passengers , Agency Will Take Care Of Safety Measures . Ix ) Agency Must Have Two Sets Of Crew Personnel For Performing 24 Hrs . Duty . X ) Agency Will Keep Sufficient Internal Arrangement For Repairing , Maintenance In Case Of Machine Failure . Xi ) Mobilization/Demobilization Is Allowed Maximum Upto Kpt From Lot-8 And Vice Versa . Xii ) No Side Open Type Barge Will Be Accepted . It Must Be Completely Covered Both Side And Top Or Permanently Iron Fenced In Both The Side And Top So That It Remains Totally Secured From Slipping Of Pilgrims . Fencing Must Have The Capacity To Bear The Load Mentioned In Point ( I ) .
