Supply of Face milling cutter RH to RWF drawing No.RWF/A/TL-058 for milling of axle ends. The milling cutter should have 16 pockets [15 pockets for milling inserts and one pocket for wiper insert] and weight of the cutter shall be 25 kgs approx. The cutter should be complete with adjustable wedges and shims to support the inserts. The cutter should be capable of milling 10 mm material per pass with a surface finish of 6.3Ra. Milling cutter should be supplied alongwith the following spares.[1] Axial support RH - 50 nos. [2] Wedge for Axial support RH - 50 nos[3]Wedge for insert RH-50 nos.[4] Shim for inserts RH -300 nos.[5]Wedge screw -300 nos.[6]Shim screw-300 nos.
