Note:- (a) Cost of connecting to existing system and others connected items including three pair 0.5mm annealed CIU connecting wire to connection between meter and consumer interface unit termination connected for three pair wire meter and CIU each sec and cost disconnection of old existing meter of any size and deposit at AGE E/M store yard and its rate is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate quoted for this items.

(b) The Contractor will maintain the record of all taking down and new prepaid meter and all reading with date shall submit to JE Concern.\n(c) The functionality of all prepaid meter will be the whole responsibility of contractor upto liability period.\n(d) The old electric meter will be removed in presence of user rep and BSO rep it is the responsibility of contractor to liase with both parties. \n(e) Any technical problem or any defects or burnt out of electric prepaid meter will be the full responsibility of contractor upto two year after completion of work i.e defect liability period. \n(f) All rates are deemed in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS Cable insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x4 sqmm and one single core PVC FRLS Cable insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 4.0 sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn through existing PVC conduit/ flexible conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including taking down of existing un serviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.\n

Installation commissioning and implementation of vending system through server including required software, data base defining, mapping of consumers and running the vending system for each meter for lifetime validity and training users alongwith user manual for one year complete all as directed.

Site visit by tech Engineer on quarterly basis for checking & maintenance , serviceability of Pre-Paid electric meters. \nNote :- The visit inspection report by tech Engineer will be submitted to deptt on quarterly basis of each meter installed under the subject work.
