Dismantling and taking up submersible pumps set of any capacity and any size from bore well with the help of chain pulley block including dismaintling the MS/GI column pipe and electrical/mechanical connection, including lowering to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. \nNote :- \n(i) T&P required for raising & lowering, the pumps and pipes will be arranged by contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contrator for this items.\n(ii) Small items such as nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket required will be included in the item rate.\n(iii) Spare parts for repair will be measured and paid separately.

Development of tube well by air compressor of capacity not less than 500 CFM at 150 to 200 PSIG approximate capacity as required on ground till to get clear water complete including carrying out yield test complete.
