Providing and fitting of one H.V leg copper coil of 01 phase with insulation varnishing L.T terminal plate – one set , set of gasket, , Toping of transformer oil - 200 ltrs of high quality along with filtration and heating of T. Oil . With the help of chain pulley block and tripod stand , shifting the transformer to its actual position. Connecting 11 KV power line supply to H.T side of 200 KVA transformer and connecting 400 mm2 , 3.5 core cable to L.T side of transformer. Job includes all type of material charges, assembling & dismantling charges , manual labour charges , charges for deployment of tools & tackles etc. i.e shifting of chain pulley block, tripot stand etc. also labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers . | 2 | 2 | Restoration by Replacement of worn-out Aluminum cable by way of Providing & Fitting of 3.5 core, armored Aluminum cable 400 mm 2 approx. 35 mtrs. either of Havells OR Gloucester OR of any Reputed make conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I) 1988 / 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with standard voltage capacity up to 11KV (1100V) at Lift Station Dabbar Potha in place of worn out damaged Aluminum cable from output of main switch to voltage stabilizer. The job involves disconnecting of worn out cable from output of main switch to voltage stabilizer and providing / laying of new cable in suitable length duly provided with patch rolls, solution and tapes and provided with crimped and taped Aluminum thimbles of 400 mm 2 rating.
