overhauling of brake system ( of 02x02 nos of wheels ) by providing new wheel cylinder kit , brake shoe , brake liner , brake pipes complete ( make: tvs/bosch/tata genuine ) , cleaning & polishing of wheel drum , greasing of front and rear wheels bearing , taking out tyres , tubes of each wheels , cleaning of each wheels , disc , rims & applying two coats of anti corrosive paint after making smooth surface , re-assembling of wheels and re-fixing all parts & wheel alignment from authorised workshop complete with recommendations of oem and testing on completion for tata 407 98c 66591n complete all as as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , m&l for supply & replacement of tail light assembly complete ( brake light and side indicator light alongwith parking light with manufacturer , replacement of fuse box minimum 8 nos of fuses with new fuses , ignition switch with key for tata 407 & testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . note:- new complete wiring set as per existing size/make and colour coding . , m&l for taking down complete steering system from vehicle opening , dismentaling , taking out all parts , cleaning of serviceable parts and replacement of un-serviceable parts ( steering column , tie rod , spindles , universal joints , pitman arm , steering gear box assembly , drag link assembly ) and re-assembling and fixing to vehicle & testing on completion for tata 407 98c 66591n complete all as as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . make of un-serviceable parts will be tata genuine/rane/zf . , taking down complete gear box from the vehicle opening , dismantling , taking out all parts , cleaning of serviceable parts with petrol and replacement of unserviceable parts and re-assembling gear box and fixing to vehicle & testing on completion for smooth functioning of shifting of all forward and reverwse gear for tata 407 98c 66591n complete all as specified and directed . make of un-serviceable
