17	3	Notes for srl item No 1 to 2 :- (a) The following items be provided for the operator and helper as per weather condition :- \n(i) Two sets of uniform with the name of operator and helper. Dress colour code will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge. \n(ii) One pair of snow shoes/snow jackets/hand gloves. \n(iii) One pair of gum boot and rain coat. \n(iv) One set of tool kit ie. Pipe wrench, Spaner, Plier, tester, screw driver etc or as required at site with tool bag. \n(v) Payment should be made before 5th of every month and documents to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. 5% of salary amount will be deducted from Final Bill in case of lapse for each month. \n(b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be include for all this provision.\n(c) Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/ State Govt/Local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding to EPF & ESI etc.\n(d) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off two digits after decimal placein accordanc with IS : 02 of 1960 (Revisied 2016) of BIS \n(e) In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafied/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance.\n(f) 'Nil ' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'.\n(g) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as Working captial, turn over of last 3 financial year ending prior to bid /publising date and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years . \n(h) The contractor shall quote his rates after including GST as applicable in prevailing minimum fair wages of central / state govt whichever is higher
