Outsourcing Of Services For Maint And Upkeep Of Md/Otm Accn For Ge Brichgunj , Port Blair , Tenderers Attention Is Invited To The Following:- ( A ) Tenderer Shall Quote Not Less Than The Minimum Wages As Notified By Government Of India/Concerned State Government / Local Body , Whichever Is Higher And Also Not Less Than Applicable Rates For Contribution Of Employers Towards Epf , Contribution To Esic , Bonus And Contribution Of Lwc Under Respective Headings/Sub Items As On Last Date Of Bid Submission . In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Rates/Instructions Under Any Headings/ Sub Headings The Bid Will Be Treated As Non Bonafide/Invalid . ( B ) The Percentage Rate Quoted At Column 14 Shall Be Inclusive Of All Taxes , Cess , Levies As Applicable Including Gst And Misc Expenses Mentioned In Para ( C ) Below . ( C ) The Percentage Rate Quoted At Column 12 Shall Be Inclusive Of All Miscelloneous Expenses Such As Uniform , Protective Clothing , Shoes , Hat , Torch , Consumables To Up Keep And Maintatin The Installation , Tools And Plants , Transportation Of Workmen To Work Site As Well As On Work Site Etc . ( D ) The Contractor Shall Pay The Workmen Not Less Than The Minimum Wages ( Higher Rate As Applicable ) And Submit The Proof Of Payment With Aadhaar Linked Bank Account Details Of The Workmen Employed . ( E ) The Actual Amount Paid Towards Employers Contribution Towards Epf , Contribution Towards Esic And Bonus Shall Be Payable Only After Submission Of Valid & Authentic Support Of Proof Of Payment . ( F ) Rates With Nil Or Zero Consideration Or Minus Percentage Of Over Head And Profit Shall Be Considered Non Bonafide . , Provide Work Services For Carrying Out Repair/Maintenance And Attending Complaints Related To Internal Electrification From Main Incoming Internal Wiring And Attending Service Calls And Rectify The Faults Immediately By Mobilising Tools And Labours For Minor Repairs And Restore The Electric Supply , Attending Electrical Complaints Of Spn/Tpn Mcb Db/Mccb Db Up To 12 Way , Decarbonizing The Burnt Marks , Cleaning Lugs , Worn Out Screws , Nuts , Bolts And Washers , Tightening The Loose Connectionns Wherever Required Including Allied Items At Any Location Inside Brichgunj Military Station Under Ge Brichgunj For 1 Shift Per Day Excluding Holidays And Sunday , Each Shift Of 8 Hours . The Trademen Should Have Own Conveyance To Reach The Working Place Of Attending The Complaint All Within Aor Of Ge Brichgunj ( As Decided By Engr-In-Charge ) And Contractor Shall Arrange Proper Uniform , All Requisite Tools For The Relavent Trade To Perform The Duty , All Necessary Industrial Safety Measures Like Boots , Jackets , Safety Belts , Gloves , Head Gear Etc . , As Approved By The Engr-In-Charge All As Specified And As Directed . All The Requisite Stores Shall Be Issued By The Dept . The Staffs Shall Be Distributed In Shifts As Mentioned Below Or As Decided By Engineer In Charge .
