| 1 | 1 | Tenderer's attention is invited to the following:-\n\n(a) Tenderer shall quote not less than the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government / Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer's towards EPF, Contribution to ESIC, Bonus and contribution of LWC under respective headings/sub items as on last date of bid submission. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any headings/ sub headings the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid.\n\n(b) The percentage rate quoted at column 14 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST and misc expenses mentioned in para (c) below.\n\n(c) The percentage rate quoted at column 12 shall be inclusive of all miscelloneous expenses such as uniform, protective clothing, shoes, Hat, Torch, consumables to up keep and maintatin the installation, tools and plants, transportation of workmen to work site as well as on work site etc.\n\n(d) The contractor shall pay the workmen not less than the minimum wages (higher rate as applicable) and submit the proof of payment with aadhaar linked bank account details of the workmen employed.\n\n(e) The actual amount paid towards employer's contribution towards EPF, contribution towards ESIC and Bonus shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic support of proof of payment.\n\n(f) Rates with Nil or Zero consideration or minus percentage of over head and profit shall be considered non bonafide. \n\n\n | | | |

| 7 | 7 | Note for item ser No 2 and 6. \n(a) Service calls shall be attended during duty and staff shall be available for attending the same at a location in the premises as directed.\n\n(b) The details of service attended and any major defects noticed which could not be attended shall be intimated to the Department daily for further action.\n\n(c) A register and complaint slip shall be maintained in approved format by the contractor during attending service calls and breakdowns and duly signed by the concerned JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge. \n\n(d) All the relevent norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuts and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of this provisions.\n\n(e) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone to all tradesman with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff.\n\n(f) Proper uniform with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. A Identity Crad woth photo ID duly signed by Garrison Engineer shall be hold by the employee. Contractor shall arrange the same without any extra cost. \n\n(g) The contractor shall also ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc., are complied with. \n\n(h) 08 hours will be treated as one shift in one day .
