Description:- Maintenance of garden of IRICEN complex at Koregaon Park Pune and SSTW near Pune Railway\rstation. This includes daily sweeping of garden area for fallen leaves / flowers and other produces of plants and\rdisposingofthesameatanominatedplace/vermicultureplant,mowingthegrassylawnsofalltypes\rcompulsorily by mowing machine, watering all the plants / grassy lawns / potted plants, weeding, cleaning of the\rflower / ornamental plant bed area and potted plants, changing of potted plants from one location to another for\rrenewal/treatment/change of condition/rotation etc. planting new trees /saplings in ground or in pots, loosening of\rtop soil, addition of soil and manure, trimming, pruning, dressing (does not include the big trees) etc. to keep\rplants in desired shape and size, daily operation, maintenance and routine cleaning of fountains and boring (this\rincludes the repairs also), scheduled spraying of insecticides, fungicides and making up of flower bed border of\rbrick / flag stone / conc. Blocks etc. (does not include the special works and new additions). The job is to be done\rby contractor's own labourers, tools, machines and equipment and consumables etc. complete.
