| 3 | Description:- Preparation, digitisation and Microfilming of Land Boundary Plans of acquired land by Railway KM\rwise in Auto CAD and GIS (Geospatial Information System) Mapping of Land Assets of South Western Railway in\rsection Chikabanavar to Nelamangala from KM 00/000 to 14/000 and Shravanabelagola to Hassan from Km:\r125/000 to 166/000 of new BG line of Bengaluru - Hassan section duly integrating with the land records such as\rvillage maps , textual and spatial data ,survey / resurvey of every parcel of land acquired by Railway and updation\rof all survey , settlement land records duly verified wherever necessary from cadastral records available in office\rof Revenue Authorities viz., Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAO)/Taluk Offices etc.; demarcation of land\rboundary at site as per land plans prepared showing boundary width on LH Side and RH Side of Railway Track\r(facing HASSAN ) in scale of 1 in 1000 /1 in 500 as directed by Engineer-in-charge duly getting approval of\rRevenue Authorities concerned and Railway on the Land Boundary Plans prepared and submission in 5 sets of\rblue prints (hard copies) and one soft copy . Note: The rate is inclusive of collection and submission of certified\rhard copies of land records viz., village plans, Joint Measurement Certificates (JMC), RTC, mutation in favour of\rSouth Western Railway to establish complete ownership as per specification and as directed by Engineer in-\rcharge. |
