    Complete Item Rate For Through Fitting Renewal Of B. G Running Track At Site Under Traffic Block By Manual Labour With Contractors Own Lab. , T & Ps, All Taxes, Gst Etc. Complete Job, As Per Direction Of Engineer In Charge And As Per Irpwm. New Material Will Be Supplied At Sse / P / Way Store. Leading Of New / Released Material To Site Of Work From Sse / P / Way Store And Vise Versa Shall Be Done By The Contractor Without Any Extra Payment. Work Shall Be Done Without Damaging To Prc Sleeper And Lose Of Material. In Case Sleeper Damaged Beyond Repair, The Contractor Will Pay The Full Cost Of Sleeper At Prevailing Market Rate And Slightly Damaged Will Be Required To Repair With Epoxy. The Unit Of This Item Is Numbers Which Means Per Rail Seat Which Involves 2 Ercs, 2 Liners & 1 Rubber Pad; I.E. Each Prc Sleepers Has 2 Rail Seats. Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid Except The Accepted Rate What So Ever The Case So May Be.
