Specification of TEST REPORT FORM To be printed on 7.1 Kg white cream wove paper of Size 33 x 20.5 cm. in Tamil. One set should contain 12 pages (6 sheets) with serial No. printed there on. The original 2 sheets (4 pages) to be printed in rose colour 7.1 Kg. colour wove paper with different matter. The duplicate 2 sheets (4 pages) to be printed in green colour 7.1 Kg. colour wove paper with same matter as in the original and triplicate 2 sheets (4 pages) to be printed in yellow colour 7.1 Kg wove paper with same matter as in the original. The duplicate and triplicate should have the same serial No. as of the original. To be supplied in a pad shape with 50 sets (300 pages) in a pad is triplicate with 3 different matters. The form should be supplied in a pad shape 2lb. Straw board at the bottom and wrapper sheets in top. On the top of the wrapper sheet the name of the Distribution circle and the name of the form should be printed
