    Awarding License For Fishing Right For Railway Tank Up Platform At Rishra Under Aen / 1 / Llh For A Period Of 05 Years..- Operation Of Fishing Right For Railway Tank Up Platform At Rishra Under Aen / 1 / Llh In Howrah Division For A Period Of Five Years. The Reserve Price Shown Here As Unit Rate Is For Rupees For 01 Year Only & Is Of Excluding Gst And The Bid Is Also Invited From The Participants For One Year Only. There Will Be 10% Escalation In License Fee Every Year During Five Years Contract Period. In Addition To Above Quoted Rate Gst @ 18% Or As Applicable Time To Time And Other Related Charges Will Also Be Levied And To Be Paid By The Bidder. Clarification For License Fee Charges Of Subsequent Year: The Period Of The License Unless Otherwise Mentioned Will Be For 5 ( Five ) Years Only From The Date Of Commencement Of The License With Annual Escalation Of License Fee @ 10% Over The Previous Years License Fee For Every Successive Years During The Period Of Contract. Therefore, The License Fee For The First Year Will Be According To Your Offer As Accepted By The Railway Authority Say A And The License Fee For The Second Year Will Be A + 10% Of A = B And The License Fee For The Third Year Will Be B + 10% Of B = C And So On
