6	5.01	Note:- Applicable for item No 1 to 5:-\n(i) The contractor shall pay to the electrician in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.\n(ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages as latest notification issued by Govt of India/ State Govt/ local body whichever is higher as on bid submission end date including all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.),EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employers Provident Fund (EPF) details for the personals employed. \n(iii) Minimum wages shall be as applicable for skilled workers category as per latest revised wages of labour as fixed by Govt of India/ state Govt/ local body as applicable to the work whichever is higher as on bid submission end date.\n
7	5.02	(iv) The bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision. In case bidder consider NIL profit and over head charges, the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid.\n(v) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages notified by Government of India/ State Govt/ local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, labour welfare cess etc as applicable. In case the rate quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/ State Govt/ local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions mentioned above his tender will be consider as non-bonafide and shall not be considered for acceptance. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amout amongest valid/ bonafide bids only.
8	5.03	(vi)The quoted rate deemed to be included for the following:- \n(a) Providing fuse wire, lubrication material, bolts, nuts washers, rubber seal packing etc. required for the routine maintenance work by the contractor. \n(b) Safety equipment and stitched uniform blue in colour will be supplied to the electrician free of cost by the contractor. \n(c) Power shut down/ restore will be operated as directed by Engineer-in-Charge or his representative at the respective station. \n(d) The operator shall be responsible for releasing electric supply from the above mentioned power house to the users at Bambolim, Panaji, Madgaon and Ponda areas and maintaining un interrupted /un-fluctuated electric power, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (e) The shutdown register indicating the power failure with justifying reason and the reading of the energy consumption meters shall be maintained by the contractor and the same will be checked periodically by the Engineer-in-Charge or his representative. Weekly off shall be given to the employed staff and alternate arrangement shall be made by the contractor at no extra cost to the Govt. \n
9	5.04	\n(f) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of surface clearing upto 5 metre from external perimetre of installation by cutting shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, beads and trees up to 30cm girth, sweeping and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50M away from the installations surrounding area, premises of the power house. (g) For cutting of shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, beads and trees necessary tools or T & P shall be provided by the contractor at his own arrangement. \n(h) The quantity of gravels/ stone under the HT/ LT 2/ 4 pole structure, surrounding the transformer, will be maintained by contractors without any extra cost to the Govt. and also insured that area will be free from shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes. \n(j) The operator will also responsible for on/ off the unit security light feeder within given time period as directed by Engineer-in-Charge or his representative at the respective area. \n(k)The contractor will be responsible for the safe custody of the installation.
10	6	Surface cleaning by cutting/ trimming of shrubs, vegetation, grass, bushes, weeds and tree up to 30cm girth, weeping and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 5metre along the sides of installations complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Area beyond 5.00m of external perimetre of installation shall only be measured and paid under this item.		2000	Sqm
