Term Contract for Artificers works to perform services and execute artificers works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018, as amended together with Vol-I & II of CPWD Specification 2019 edition, as amended forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018.\n

[a] Tenderer shall insert percentage above or below the eatimated amount at appropriate palces this BOQ excel sheet.

[b] Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018.\n

[c] Amount inserted under the rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract. Separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work orders are to be priced at rates given in CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 and / or as per Annexure-II duly adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.

[c] Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess / Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ.\n

[c] schedule of credit is not fixed through BOO hence tenderer shall quote the rates considering the cost of credits of old materials.

The items expected for execution of works has been considered from DSR-2018 but in case if any other items are necessary, the payment shall be done with rate analysis on the basis of prevailing market with approval of CCE(R&D)Estates, North Chandigarh
