The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of The Cost Of Log Book/Sheet And Shut/Break Down Register And Cost Of T &P For Maint Work , And Minor Consumables Such As Pvc Insulation Tape , Screws , Washers , Nails , Teflon Tape , Fuse Wire , Clips Etc For Day To Day Maintenance And Repairs . ( Ii ) . The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Providing Mobile Communication System For Each Shift I . E . One With Onduty Lift Rescue Operator So That The Complaints Can Be Lodged And Feed Back Can Be Obtained . ( Iii ) . The Contractor Has To Supply Uniform To Their Employees For Wearing During The Working Hours . The Unit Rate Is Deemed To Include For The Uniform . The Pattern Of The Uniform Shall Be As Decided By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( Iv ) . The Rate Is Deemed To Be Inclusive To Maintain In & Around The Installation Neat & Clean . ( V ) . The Rate Is Deemed To Be Inclusive To Maintenace Of Records Such As Lift Log Book/ Sheet Record Etc As Directed . , General Notes For Contract :- ( I ) Contractor Will Make The Payment Of Operators Through Bank Account Only Through Ecs/Neft/Cheque . Bank Statement In Respect Of Payment Made To All Employed Labour Will Be Submitted Before Claiming Rar Payment . ( Ii ) A Certificate , As Per Given In Ps Clause , For Paying The Epf To All Employeed Labours Be Submitted By Contractor Before Claiming Rar Payment . ( Iii ) Group Insurance Of Employed Labours/ Operators Will Be Done By Contractor And A Copy The Same Be Submitted In The Office As Per Labour Regulation Act . 13	4.01	Note for items Sl No. 01 to 04:- (i). The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log book/sheet and shut/break down register and cost of T &P for maint work, and minor consumables such as PVC insulation tape, screws,Washers, Nails, Teflon tape, fuse wire, clips etc for day to day maintenance and repairs. (ii). The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system for each shift i.e. one with onduty Lift rescue operator so that the complaints can be lodged and feed back can be obtained. (iii). The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform.The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. (iv). The rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintain in & around the installation neat & clean. (v). The rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintenace of records such as Lift log book/ sheet record etc as directed.
14	4.02	General Notes for contract :- (i) Contractor will make the payment of operators through bank account only through ECS/NEFT/Cheque .Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employed labour will be submitted before claiming RAR payment. (ii) A certificate, as per given in PS clause,for paying the EPF to all employeed labours be submitted by contractor before claiming RAR payment. (iii) Group insurance of employed labours/ operators will be done by contractor and a copy the same be submitted in the office as per labour regulation act. (iv) Labour licence shall be produced by the contractor to GE(I) R&D through Engr-in charge. No payment will be made to the contractor without proper labour licence issued by Govt Auth. (v) ID proof and police verification of all labour/ operator /supervisor be submitted to Engr-in-charge immediately after acceptance of tender to get security passes. (vi) Operators on shift duty in any installation shall not leave the installation without reporting of relever, otherwise he will be continue on duty till reporting of relever and he will immediate report to concern JE/AGE. (vii) The contractor will submit qualification documents and ID proof of operators to Engineer-in charge duly attested by Gazetted officer. (viii) It is an expressed condition of the contract that tenderers are to quote their rates duly considered minimum wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e. Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory,which ever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST,ESIC and labour welfare cess (LWC) etc as applicable.
15	4.03	General Notes for contract Contd :- (ix) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF,GSTESIC and LWC etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as Non- Bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/ bonafide bids only. (x) The contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates.
