Minor repair includes tightening/loosening of nuts and bolts, crimping of lugs of all sizes, making/ jointing connections of cables inside the power house complex, keeping the Power House clean and tidy with regular cleaning of washrooms etc.\n (2) Manning and Operation of DG Sets including the following:\n(3) Open the non reversing ratchet of vertical hollow shaft motor and clean the balls/rollers for proper cleaning. (4) Apply mineral Jelly/Vaseline to the battery terminals. \n(5)Keeping the installation, equipment neat and clean. \n(6) Clean the oil batch air cleaner of diesel engine & fill with fresh engine oil. \n(7) Oiling /greasing (Lubricating) the mobile parts and maintaining the desired conditions of operations tightening of nut bolt etc, (8) Check batteries for charge and recharge, if necessary. \n(9) Top up of Diesel oil in fuel tanks of DG Sets.\n(10) maintenance of earthing of installation, including testing of earthing.\n(11) Tighten the foundation bolts of installed equipment. \n(12) Clean lubricant oil filter of diesel engine. (13) Lubricate water circulating pump of diesel engine. (14) Drain fuel tank and remove sediments. (15) Drain fuel filter bowls and remove sediments/water. (16) Check cable connection of Dynamo, Starter and Battery. \n(17) Check the dynamo belt tension & adjust. (18) Check oil level in fuel injection pump, drain surplus oil/fuel mixture or topping if necessary. 10	4	Manning & Operation and routine maintenance of water supply installation and RO plant installation at 27 ED by providing minimum one Operator (Skilled) for one shift of 08 hours (from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs) including Sunday & Holidays and repair to normal defects as and when required and maintaining log sheet for running of pumps and duty personnel shall be responsible for complete fill up of the over head reservoir & sump during duty hours including cleaning the Pump House & RO Plant, and cutting of grasses surrounding 10 mtrs areas, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
