It will include among others as specified therein the following:\na) Routine visual checking of red hot points, flashpoints, burned jumpers etc. in 132KV & 33KV switchyards. General routine maintenance of outdoor equipments/panels in 132KV & 33KV switchyards i.e. CBs, isolators, bus bars, CTs, PTs/CVTs, marshalling kiosks etc. including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connections/jumpers, replacement of minor damaged parts of equipments, replacement of jumpers/clamps/ connectors etc.\nb) Routine cleaning of all transformers, maintenance of cooling fans i.e. oiling, greasing, cleaning etc. , LT electrical connections, cleaning of oil collection pits, tightening of loose connections.\nc) Routine checking of complete length of control cables and power cables between indoor panels/equipments and outdoor equipments/kiosks/panels, cleaning, replacement of damaged/burned cables, tightening & replacement of damaged terminals/connections/ lugs etc., re-ferruling whenever required.\nd) Routine maintenance of battery cells and battery chargers i.e. daily cleaning of battery room & battery cells, maintaining fluid level, specific gravity, applying of petroleum jelly etc.\ne) Routine maintenance of indoor panels in control room and PLCC room i.e. control & relay panels, ACDB & DCDB system, indoor transformers, indoor & outdoor illumination system etc. including scheduled cleaning, lubrication, tightening of connections/terminals, replacement of minor damaged parts of panels, tracing of circuits etc. \nf) Routine maintenance of 5T Crane, AC outdoor unit, Air Handling Unit, 132KV Room and 33KV Room Exhaust Fans, maintenance of exhaust fans of Cable vaults, Water motor, 250 KVA Generator.\ng) Routine maintenance of Complete illumination system, tightening of electrical connections, earthings, LM Tower Lights, switches, complete 3 phase AC crane, AHU, Lighting Distribution Boards, 132KV GIS Room hanging LED Roof lighting etc.\nh) Any other substation electrical maintenance related routine works assigned by engineer incharge as and when required. \nAt 132KV S/s, Pithoragarh 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 02 skilled and 02 Highly-skilled manpower for a period of 08 Hours.\nAt 132KV S/s, Bageshwar signifies deployment of 01 skilled and 01 Highly-skilled manpower for a period of 08 Hours.\nTotal operations at 132KV S/s, Pithoragarh:- 300 (Rate Rs. 3288.00 per operation).\nTotal operations at 132KV S/s, Bageshwar:- 300 (Rate Rs. 1644.00 per operation).\n	item1	1	Operation
