( Ii ) Bidder Shall Refer And Select The Option Excess ( + ) Or Less ( - ) Available At The 15Th Row Under Coloumn E Or 5 Of This Boq Sheet , To Quote The Percentage Above / Below / At Par On Mes Ssr -2010 ( Part-Ii ) .
