Outsourcing Of Services For Operation Of Central Ac Plant Vrf Ac And Maintenance In Ins Adyar Under Agei Navy Chennai , Outsourcing Of Services For Routine Maintenance And Operation Of Central Type Air Conditioning Plant , 3 X 20 Tr At Fotna Complex In Three Shifts Of 8 Hours Including Sundays And Holidays By Employing Manpower As Given Below For The Entire System Including Attending Telephonic Complaints , Maintaining Necessary Records And Documents Complete All As Specified And Directed For Skilled/Semi Skilled Operators As Under For Deployment In The Following Shifts :-Shift Timings Shift I : 0600 Hrs To 1400 Hrs Shift Ii : 1400 Hrs To 2200 HrsShift Iii : 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs Note: Details Of Shift For Deployment Of Operators Will Be Given By The Engineer-In-Charge As Per Site Requirement Accordingly The Duty Roaster To Be Submitted By The Contractor Before Commencement Of Months . , ( A ) Skilled Operator - 3 Shifts Per Day ( 1 Operator/Shift ) , ( A ) Semi Skilled Operator -3 Shifts Per Day ( 1 Operator/Shift ) , Notes For Item No . 1 : The Rates Shall Be Deemed To Include The Following Operations:- ( I ) The Rates Quoted Is Inclusive For Attending All Complaints Of Internal / External Electrification Break Downs Including Liasening With Tneb Department To Restore Supply Incase Of Break Down / Failure Of Supply . Any Other Minor Work To Restore The Electric Supply As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( Ii ) The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Include The Cost Towards Uniform For The Staff Employed For Wearing During The Working Hours . The Uniform Shall Be Pant , Shirt & Shoes And The Pattern Of The Uniform Shall Be Decided By The Engineer- In -Charge . ( Iii ) The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Supply And Maintenance Of The Documents Such As Complaint Register , Earth Test Register , Attendence Register , Duty Register , Ac Plant Log Sheet Etc All As Directed Of The Plant And Plant Maintenance Record Book And Daily Log Sheet Are Not Submitted Concered Je I/C Before 1000 Hrs Of Suceeding Day Other Wise Absent Report Will Be Initiated For Those Shift For Which Log Sheet Are Not Submitted . ( Iv ) The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Cost Towards Keeping The Substaion Surrounding Area Neat And Tidy During The Entire Period Of Contract . , ( V ) Cost Of Consumable Stores Such As Grease , Lubricants , Cotton Waste And Other Connected Stores Etc . . . Required For Daily Operation And Routine Maintenance Are Deemed To Be Included In The Rate Quoted . ( Vi ) The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Tools And Safety Equipment Required For Running And Maintenance Of Plants . ( Vii ) The Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For Making Payment To The Tradesman ( Skilled/ Unskilled ) As Per The Minimum Wages As Notified By Govt . Of India / State Govt . / Local Body Whichever Is Higher Plus Gst . ( Viii ) Necessary Inventory For The Items Installed At Site To Be Prepared Jointly For Handing Taking Over Of Assets Between Department And Contractor , Any Deficiencies In Items Noticed During The Period Of Contract , The Contractor Shall Be Liable To Make Good To The Items With The Items Of Original Specifications As Received At The Time Of Taking Over . , ( Ix ) Necessary Insurance For All The Employees Deployed For The M&O To Be Carried Out As Per Prevailing Rules And Copy Of The Same Should Be Submitted To The Engg . In . Charge Within One Month Of The Commencement Of The Work . ( X ) It Will Be Contractors Responsibility To Submit All The Documents As Asked By The Security Department Of The Concerned Area To Obtain Necessary Entry Pass To The Working Area And Copy Of The Same Should Be Submitted To The Engineer In Charge . ( Xi ) All The Plants To Be Kept In Serviceable Condition With Minor Repairs And Replacements ( Not Costing More Than Rs 5000 . 00 During The Contract Period ) Any Major Faults Occurred To Be Intimated To Concerned Je And Engr In Charge So That The Same Can Be Rectified Immediately . 4	1.03	Notes for item No. 1 : \nThe rates shall be deemed to include the following operations:-\n(i) The rates quoted is inclusive for attending all complaints of Internal / External electrification break downs including liasening with TNEB department to restore supply incase of break down / failure of supply. Any other minor work to restore the electric supply as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. \n(ii) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost towards uniform for the staff employed for wearing during the working hours . The uniform shall be pant, shirt & shoes and the pattern of the uniform shall be decided by the Engineer- in -Charge.\n(iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and maintenance of the documents such as complaint register, Earth test register, Attendence register, Duty register, AC plant log sheet etc all as directed of the plant and plant maintenance record book and daily log sheet are not submitted concered JE i/c before 1000 hrs of suceeding day other wise absent report will be initiated for those shift for which log sheet are not submitted.\n(iv) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cost towards keeping the substaion surrounding area neat and tidy during the entire period of contract.
5	1.04	(v) Cost of consumable stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste and other connected stores etc... required for daily operation and routine maintenance are deemed to be included in the rate quoted.\n(vi) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of tools and safety equipment required for running and maintenance of plants. \n(vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for making payment to the tradesman (Skilled/ unskilled) as per the minimum wages as notified by Govt. of India / State Govt. / Local body whichever is higher plus GST. \n(viii) Necessary inventory for the items installed at site to be prepared jointly for Handing Taking over of assets between Department and Contractor, any Deficiencies in items noticed during the period of contract, the contractor shall be liable to make good to the items with the items of original specifications as received at the time of Taking over. \n
6	1.05	(ix) Necessary Insurance for all the Employees Deployed for the M&O to be carried out as per prevailing Rules and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engg.in.charge within one month of the commencement of the work. \n(x) It will be Contractors responsibility to submit all the documents as asked by the Security Department of the concerned area to obtain Necessary Entry Pass to the working area and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engineer In charge. \n(xi) All the Plants to be kept in serviceable condition with Minor Repairs and Replacements (Not costing more than Rs 5000.00 during the contract Period) Any Major Faults occurred to be intimated to concerned JE and Engr in Charge so that the same can be rectified immediately.\n(xii) If any Person found absent from duty recovery will be made at Rs 1000.00 per shift per person.
7	1.06	(xiii) The payment shall be made to the employees by the contractor through AADHAAR linked bank account. \n(xiv) All the Skilled operator shall be qualified holding certificate in the trade from ITI or equivalent institute and having minimum two year experience and the Semi skilled operator should have passed 10th class (SSLC) and having minimum two years experience certificate in the respective field for which they are to be deployed and all certificates produced within 7 days for the issue of work order otherwise the operator should be removed from duty. \n(xv) Spares required for urgent repair of AC plants will be issued as and when required basis at MES store yard subject to availability of the stores. Cost for fixing of the items is deemed to be included under item No. 1.
